Hi Michael!!
Thanks so much for doing these great conference calls to help our ACIBN Members maneuver around this great website we have as well as expose us to all the possibilities and opportunities we have available through it!!! If anyone missed any of these first three conference calls this week, you will want to be sure and reserve a definite time on one of the next calls coming up soon!!

When I first downloaded the Members Tool Box, I took the time to navigate and investigate every crook and corner to familiarize myself. However, I did run into some questions or situations where I did not quite know what to do or how to accomplish something. I could have bombarded Michael with dozens of E-Mails with my questions, but if I had done just that as well as all of our other Members, Michael probably would not be finished answering all of them yet.

Well, now we do not have to wonder or question how to do something or where to find something on this fabulous website available and attainable to us 24/7 as it is explained fully and completely by Michael on these conference calls. In just 45 minutes (including intermittent Q & A throughout), Michael went over the majority of the aspects in the Tool Box, what their purposes and functions are, why to use them, how to use them, when to use them, the forms needed or not needed to submit information, some revisions and updates to be done in the near future, etc. All of the questions I would have previously submitted to him were ALL answered during this short session. So I hope everyone will see the importance of being on one of the conference calls and take advantage of them NOW, not later.

Michael has spent a tremendous amount of thought, energy and time to provide us with an incredible amount of tools and means to expand our own personal businesses and exposures as well as for us to help other ACIBN Members expand their businesses and exposures. If you want to take full advantage of all of this at our fingertips, you do NOT want to miss one of these next conference calls. This is the best way to thank Michael, and grow yourself and your business, by knowing what he has provided for us in this Tool Box and by using it to its fullest potential.

I especially thank God Almighty for given you the kind of spirit that you had to start this ministry. I thank you for availing yourself for the Kingdom's Work (helping other people) and I must tell you that you're very special Michael.

Since I've joined the organization, I've seen how effective you are and how true you are to what you do, I really appreciate that. I saw my website on the business directory of ACIBN less than 24hour that I signed up with you.

I received the Daily Message which I loved and earlier I spoke to Darrel Whiting about his testimony how inspiring it was to me. Also, I needed a brochure for my business and call Gary Ellis which I found on the ACIBN website, you know you told us to call the people in the house of faith first.

Finally, I'm so grateful that I'm a part of this ministry, meeting and helping others is Christ-like. I pray that God will take this organization to a height much higher than any of us can think or imagine in Jesus name.

I love you my brother, keep on thriving in HIS grace and be blessed forever.

I have a very busy day ahead of me today, but I always anxiously look for and am never disappointed to find your ACIBN Saturday Morning Newsletter ready for me to read early each Saturday morning!!! I look forward to your Daily Messages and this Saturday Newsletter........they keep me propelling through my week more successfully!!!!

I will be writing my 'Life Page' this weekend for you and our members. Just reading your page and Gilbert's page has shown me exactly what you have asking us to do for these pages...........and they are a fantastic idea!!

Kudos to you for all of your successful efforts within ACIBN and this ACIBN website!!! Yes, you have been a little intense (this is from your wonderful human traits of persistency, determinism and perfectionism), and I can always hear that determination in your voice each time we speak (and even between the lines as you write me on E-Mail!).

Your efforts have not gone unnoticed and have paid off very successfully!!! I know I speak on behalf of all of our ACIBN members in thanking you very much for what you have brought to all of us through your determination, your ambition, your drive, your own personal time and your contributions. And you have NOT been neglecting each of us at all.........you have been constantly and determinedly touching each one of our lives as you have strived for and achieved these milestones for ACIBN and its website!!! Again, kudos and many thanks for all you have been doing (and we know you are not finished yet..........you will never be 'finished', Michael........until you leave this magnificent Earth..........we know you too well!!). We have actually gotten to know you even better without you ever opening your mouth...............through all that you have done for us on all of the pages and in the arranging of the great weekly luncheon meetings........and with your determination and consistency........you have given of yourself so much and so freely for our betterment in life and our businesses. We thank you from the bottoms of our hearts!!!!!!

Only a couple of 'stumbling stones' I can see so far .........on your 'Bio Page'.........or are they 'stumbling stones' after all?? You mentioned some of your other endeavors I was not aware of at all ('Gods Open Doors' and 'Christ Minders'). You did not expound on them at all............or was that on purpose? Maybe you just wanted to peak our curiosity and entice us even more to talk with you and find out more about them!!! Clever!! You hit your target with me.........and we will be talking more about all of them soon!!

Please feel free to print this in a Daily Message as well as a reprint in the next Saturday Newsletter. You deserve to have the limelight for all your efforts and how you have touched so many, many lives. Thank you, Michael Eilermann!!!!!!!!!

It is difficult to put into words the many wonderful benefits of being a member of ACIBN. I first joined for the fellowship of being with other Christians and discussing ways to help others improve their businesses. I love to help others and was totally blown away that such a networking opportunity existed. In my zeal to help others I can sometimes forget myself. For this there is Michael. He is always there to remind me and ask, "what can I do to help you?"

Today my membership continues to evolve. I am experiencing first hand the immense power of our web-site. Networking can be a full time job, but the tools available to us both in the daily messages and in the membership directory are an untapped gold mine. Use them. They will help you in many ways.

Finally, the 48 opportunities to have lunch. Wow! I have never failed to leave a lunch without a new friend interested in me and my business. God has given us this wonderful chance to glorify Him and help and be helped in the process. I am grateful everyday for what God gives me and never afraid to ask Him for what I need. (Jn 14:14) "If you ask anything in my name , I will do it." Jesus wants me to recognize my helplessness without Him so I may learn to come to Him first for help.

I wish everyone a very merry, blessed and thankful Christmas.

My Brothers and Sisters with ACIBN:

I should not attempt to share a few words about what this awesome ministry has meant to me, because that would not do it justice......but was asked to share, so here goes:

I don't remember how Michael found me, but one day he literally came to my office at Eagle Recognition, and told me about his dream and vision as to what ACIBN could become. When he finished, I asked him "how much?" and wrote him a check on the spot. Many things have happened since that day, but they have all been good. I have met so many wonderful Christian brothers and sisters.......people like us.....like Janice Turner.......she helped me in so many ways......Anthony Sisson.........who encouraged me to become a work place minister.....Buddy Estes.....who introduced me to AFLAC, and helped Eagle put together a great program that is now used throughout the South East for their sales reps.....Brenda Lovell......who has been a true friend through job changes and life in the business world........Rita Fink....who has been such an inspiration, a true friend, and who has blessed my Dad with help in his wonderful framing business........I don't want to leave anyone out, but if it had not been for ACIBN, I would have never met these wonderful friends. This is a family, this is a God thing........it is as good as it gets. Please get involved somehow- someway in 2006.

At this time, I am in a new business opportunity...one that has taken me out of the Atlanta market. But, I am still with everyone in spirit. Thank God for e mail, thank God for the messages that Michael sends to us each day. We are still connected, and these relationships will continue to grow, and great things will happen all the days of our lives. Thank you Michael. Press on.

May I encourage you to get to know as many of these wonderful friends as possible? Please attend any luncheons you can......share your dreams, your pain, your goals, you lives with one another........you will be blessed.......and may you give grace and blessings as you receive grace and blessings. I just wanted to take a few minutes this morning to say thank you to all of you who are participating in this Saturday newsletter already. During our luncheon this week in Buckhead, we asked all of our members to take a quick survey to understand what motivates our members to participate and leverage the network. We asked for input on new deliverables which would be of value to the organization and we asked for testimonials to share with the entire group to demonstrate how our network is serving us. We appreciate the feedback we got from the Buckhead group and hope that each member attending the other sessions will be candid and willful in supporting our objectives to deliver more value to your network investment. Thank you in advance for our participation.

I'd like to share a testimonial of how ACIBN has impacted my professional life since joining back in January of last year.

I found out about ACIBN because I was looking for new prospecting opportunities and networks to join as part of my training program at Administaff. I came across ACIBN's website and decided to attend the luncheon and check itout.

To my very pleasant surprise, not only were the members totally friendly and engaging, the speaker was Colonel Nimrod McNair and his presentation subject was implementing the 10 Commandments as an ethics based foundation for building a business. First off, understand, I hugely admire military people. I am attracted to their lifelong commitment to standards of loyalty, honor, integrity, duty, respect, personal courage and selfless service. To be educated on how these fundamental standards combined with the 10 commandments could position me to create a business that God would be glorified by was a new, different and exciting prospect for me. I REALLY enjoyed Colonel McNair's delivery too. He peppered the presentation with lots of one liner jokes which reminded me of my all time favorite American, Bob Hope.

I was so moved by what Colonel McNair said, that I scheduled an appointment to meet with him one on one after the session. He was kind enough to treat me to breakfast and during our talks - which I thought would be just about business, he shared a piece of advice that I have had in my psyche since that day and has inspired me since. Essentially what he said was to trust God with my life and my business. I was in a strange and new place with Administaff and was feeling out of sorts that morning. Though I thought I was hiding it well, he zeroed right in on it and he said, " don't be in such a hurry to get out of the desert".

Sometimes as entrepreneurs, we find ourselves in a state of despair and angst when big deals we depended on don't come through or our revenue streams take a hit. And we forget that God sometimes prunes us and our businesses to get our attention to things we might be doing that are counter-productive to his ability to help us with our businesses. What a worthwhile reminder; to recongize that when we are in our place of "Bethel"; that we should be grateful for our trials and challenges. A night or two, or month or two in the desert can be good for us and change us for the better.

I have had many positive events happen since then. I left Administaff in June. I had come to accept that my experience and talents weren't designed to sell small business owners HR services. I wanted something more. I wanted my passions to pour out of me and show me the way to my new life, but how was I going to make ends meet in the meanwhile? I talked with our wonderful leader, Michael about options in the morning after I resigned and by that afternoon, I had a part time job as a server at a restaurant in Brookhaven. I hadn't waited tables in nearly 20 years, but because of his relationship with that organization, the management took a chance on me.

I worked there for seven weeks. While it wasn't how I would have preferred to be spending my time, I really enjoyed the challenge of delivering great service to an unending very busy dining room and also enjoyed putting my tips in a glass jar every night. What a great answer - to be able to look for work during the day and make money at night after normal business hours. Thank you Michael!

Oddly, the server job came to an end at exactly an appropriate time. I wasn't having much luck with my career search in corporate America, and decided to change my profile on our network. Michael highlighted me in one our daily message emails and that same afternoon, James LaBonte, a member, calls me up and says, "I was standing in line at Barnes and Noble the other day talking to a man about Pre-Paid Legal services and he owns an Hispanic Ad Agency, maybe you should call him." So, he gave me the contact info. I followed up on his suggestion and within two weeks, I found myself in a collaborative relationship with this gentleman. NOT ONLY THAT, but I also had incorporated myself and established GrassRoots Marketing, Inc, offering sales/bus. dev. services as an independent contractor.

I am now positioned to pay my taxes, under my own company ; and did all the work necessary to establish a totally unplanned business. All within two months.

Pam Cumberlander who is a member of ACIBN and the publisher of The Gospel Connection, became aware of my available services and offered me a position selling advertising and sponsorships for the magazine.

That is where I am today. Ten months ago, Colonel McNair told me not to be in hurry to get out of the desert and to wait on the Lord to show me what I needed to see. By having faith in the Lord and walking through all the doors which were opened to me by ACIBN members, I find myself the CEO of my own company and with two clients to boot.
