About Your Email
    Get a Real Email Address If You Are In Business
I see so many business people who do not have as simple a thing as a "Domain" email address.  There is nothing wrong with those free accounts at HotMail, or Yahoo, or GMail, but those are totally unprofessional email addresses for the business person.  There is no reason why anyone in business can't have an email address like "yourname@yourdomain.com".  it's cheap, $6 - $9 a year for your domain name and then $5-$9 a month for the email address. It's worth every penny for your image.  The only significant reason you don't have one like this is because you don't know how.  I am here to help you do this.

Start using your Outlook or Outlook Express, with your own domain email address. I will come and set this up for you.

Spam and email viruses can be a problem.  There is a quick, easy and free way to keep it out of your email in-box.

Now On To Web Sites.
   If You Don't Have One, You Need One, At Least a Single Page
    Perhaps You Have a Web Page Program and Don't Know How to Use It? I Will Show You!
At least, a single page web site is essential to introducing "you" to your potential customers and clients. I see many people trying to do business that have some complexity to what they have to offer.  They may have a brochure, but that will likely get thrown away.  A brochure is not enough, and besides, they are inconvenient to carry around all the time.

Then there are the multi-level marketing business people, who are stuck with the same generic web page as everyone else on the block.  Your contacts need to remember you, after all, you are the person selling and you are the person they are going to trust and follow.  You need a way to continually introduce yourself and remind them of who you are until they are ready to join your program.

Finally there are those who have multiple opportunities and/or businesses going on.  You clearly need at least a web page to bring all of it together, with links to all your opportunities and services.

For that same $9 a month for your above email address, you can have a web page or even a whole site for that matter. It does not have to be fancy, but you do need one.

Storing Information for most people usually involves both saving a mountain of emails, or many many Word documents.
There is a better way and it can be free - And It Is ORGANIZED.

Then there is scheduling. Outlook has a great calendar and scheduling feature if your a real techie kind of person.  But if you need a simple way to keep up with your appointments using a desktop calendar system, then there is a great one for free.

In fact there is a lot of great stuff out there for free.  I love free, as long as it does what it is supposed to do and what I need it to do.

Graphics
   Resizing Photos and Images
Is resizing graphics challenging for you.  Microsoft had a great tool many years ago that came with Front Page, called Image Composer.  It is perfect for resizing simple images and photos, but is no longer available.  It is quick and pretty easy.  If this graphic thing is causing you a problem, I can fix that.
