All advertising and member participants agree to indemnify and hold the Atlanta Christians In Business Network and the web Site – acibn.net, its respective officers, directors, agents, and successors harmless from and against any and all claims, suits, actions, liabilities, losses, costs, reasonable attorneys’ fees, expenses, judgments or damages, whether ordinary, special or consequential, resulting from any third party claim made or suit brought against them, to the extent such results from (1) Advertiser’s negligence in the performance of the Services advertised; (2) the acts or omissions of an Advertiser, its employees, subcontractors, or invitees; or (3) any breach of this Agreement by an. Advertiser, Member, their employees, subcontractors, or invitees. For the purposes of this Agreement, any reference to Advertiser’s / Members "subcontractors" shall include any independent contractors or Advertiser or Member.

In addition to any other indemnification provided herein, Advertiser / Members agrees to indemnify and hold the Atlanta Christians In Business Network, the ACIBN web site and their respective officers, directors, agents, and successors harmless from and against any and all claims, suite, actions, liabilities, losses, costs, reasonable attorneys’ fees, expenses, judgments or damages, whether ordinary, special or consequential, resulting from any third party claim made or suit brought against the Atlanta Christians In Business Network, the ACIBN web site and their respective officers, to the extent such results from any claims or demands that the Work Product and/or the Services infringes or misappropriates a patent, copyright, trade secret, moral right, or other proprietary right.

All advertised businesses and Members on this site agree to uphold a level of quality and integrity in providing goods to services to all individuals with whom they do business, and to adhere to all National Advertising Standards as defined in the Better Business Bureau guidelines. In addition, all advertised businesses and Members agree with the ACIBN Statement of Faith, being the Apostles Creed. The Atlanta Christians In Business Network Web Site reserves the right to remove, at will, any Advertiser / Member who fails to adhere to this level of business conduct.

4. Method of Dispute Resolution

Advertisers and purchasers of goods and services advertised on this web site agree, if any dispute or controversy arise as a result of access to goods and services offered or the inability to access goods and services offered on this web site, such dispute will be settled exclusively by binding arbitration to be held in Atlanta, Georgia in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association as then in effect. The decision of the arbitrator(s) shall be final, conclusive and binding on the parties to the arbitration. Judgment may be entered on the arbitrator’s decision in any court of competent jurisdiction. Georgia law shall be applied to the merits of any dispute or claim without reference to conflicts of law rules.
