Jeff Fox’s Profile, President “Real World” Presentations” After Gordon Military College and his tour of duty in Okinawa, Jeff spent twenty-one years in insurance and financial services. Ten of these years were at officer levels up to and including President & CEO of a large national, insurance brokerage firm’s state office. He has managed offices ranging from 10-110 employees. His leadership and management skills include sales, marketing, recruiting, human resources, administration, underwriting, training and seminar presentations.
Jeff has presented to many different Businesses, Chambers of Commerce, Insurance Conventions, City Business Councils, Networking groups, Churches, Pageants, Colleges, Public Schools and Teacher Development programs. He also participates as a member or has Chaired a number of County and State Educational and Human Resource committees, boards, advisory councils, associations and speaker bureaus. Jeff has been an Oratorical Contest Judge for Optimist International, Georgia Department of Education, Gwinnett Technical College and a Georgia Governor’s Honors Program judge for the past 5 years. He has served on the Society of Human Resource Management’s (SHRM’s) Mentoring, Volunteer, Expo, Excellence, Certification, Membership, GEM and Leadership Committees. He’s currently SHRM’s VP of their 8 GEMs and he has been a Certification Instructor. Jeff also serves as an advisor to the BOD for the Dream House for Medically Fragile Children. Jeff has been published a number of times in news papers, magazines and newsletters. This experience when combined with his many years on the receiving side of recruiting services and 18 years specifically within the retained recruiting, outplacement and executive coaching, positions Jeff to better understand Career Management Resource’s client’s needs.
